A creamy, savoury spread made from green olive pulp with extra virgin olive oil. The olives are washed and debittered in water and salt for about six months, following a traditional method, then processed and jarred.
Enjoy on bruschetta, canapés, toast, savoury crêpes and sandwiches, with mature cheeses or pasta.
Ingredients: green olives 60%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, pepper. May contain fragments of olive stones.
