Sweet-and-sour artichokes · 290 g

A traditional Sicilian family recipe from the Trapani area. Tender artichoke hearts meet a sweet-and-sour dressing with raisins, pine nuts and the fresh aroma of wild fennel.

The balance of vinegar and sugar brings out the artichokes’ flavour. Prepared without preservatives.

Serve at room temperature with mature cheeses and local cured meats, as a side dish with meat or fish, or on warm country-bread bruschetta.
