A rich, savoury spread made from ripe black olive pulp with extra virgin olive oil. The olives are washed and debittered in water and salt for about six months, following a traditional method, then processed and jarred.
Enjoy on bruschetta, sandwiches, with mature cheeses or tossed with pasta.
