The sweetness of tomatoes ripened under Sicily’s sun and air-dried. We grow, harvest, select, wash, cut, dry and grind the tomatoes for this colourful, concentrated spread.
Try on bruschetta, in fish dishes or vegetable rolls. About 10 kg of fresh tomatoes are needed for 1 kg of dried tomatoes.
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes 45%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, anchovies, garlic, pepper, vinegar. Contains almonds and fish. No preservatives.
